About the Author: I call myself Survival Mom because like most of us moms, I take one day at a time and hope to survive to the next. Well, it’s not that bad….but, wow, what a fun roller coaster ride life is as a mom!
I'm lovin' every minute of this crazy adventure so much I co-wrote the upcoming book "The Survival Guide For Rookie Moms" due out in Spring 2010. I'm also a wife and full time entrepreneur who tries to squeeze fitness into my insane schedule. Sound familiar? I'm just like every other mom I know...

I help to keep organized by telling others what i have to do that day. Some one always ends up reminding me;)
I ‘try’ to stay organized on my computer through Outlook, then have a whiteboard for daily lists. Not the best solution – I need some help!
I have to make notes of |I will forget
I keep my family organized by using Google Calendar. I think an organizational book would be awesome though because it would really help us when we aren’t near a computer!
I use Outlook to keep connected with the hubby but personally, I’m a tactile kind of planner – I use my big wall calendar, a corkboard for all kid-related stuff, and a handheld (paper) daytimer to keep myself on track.
Of course, it’s getting more and more difficult with three kids to organize now…
I could sure use a practical organizer!
I make lots of lists. Not the most effective way but I find that if I don’t write things down I quickly forget them.
I try to jot stuff down but I sometimes lose “importnat” snippets of paper!
I keep myself organized by writing lots of lists. If I loose a list I am in trouble.
I make list to keep organized
I am a list person- so I write lists everyday to help me stay organized!
I use a daytimer which is a huge help. I also do the list thing, and attack it with a vengence.
